Incredible place! It’s a tiny museum with a beautiful garden and a nice architecture, and the sculptures are stunning. Nice people running the place, they tell stories and answer questions about the artist.
Those who love sculptures & love to observe deep down the fine art, they must visit. It is a aesthetically pleasing and artistic place! I think it's really worth visiting this place and spending time surrounded by majestic & beautiful sculptures. A beautiful museum! 🔮✨ I liked a lot these fine sculptures.
Such a surprise to find this beautifully kept studio home museum on the edge of the gorgeous park. A wonderful glimpse into Carl Eldhs's creative world, era, and life. Very kind staff and moderators.
The whole experience was surreal. Being able to see an artist sculpture and understand their story and how they came to be. There was a guide showing and explain certain details of the sculpture and their meaning of how Carl was trying to express the sculpture emotions by their movement. As an artist this was an amazing revelation to see art in the eye of someone else. Also took a picture with Carl’s sculpture!!!
It really is hidden gem in the city... Easy to miss, as it is not in the heart of the city - Gamla Stan, however it takes only ca 15 minutes from central station to get there. Definitely worth seeing! For every are lover, this is a must. In the museum there are tour guides available, both in Swedish and in English. There are seats , so one can simply enjoy the view of amazing sculptures as long as possible.
